We order our fresh produce to be delivered by plane to the island ,so we can ensure you are only served the very best.

Our fresh, home-made cuisine is prepared in our kitchen daily using only the freshest ingredients, herbs and spices. It's truly our pleasure to tempt you with delicious, sumptuous dishes to ensure your stay is a memorable one.

As our guest, you will enjoy 3 delicious gourmet meals per day, with snacks available in between. Delight in the spectacular views as you dine under cover on the expansive deck. Guests are welcome to bring their own drinks, however we have an extensive selections of beers, wines and spirits available for purchase.

Smoked Salmon & Potato Terrine Mediterranean Vegetable Salad Thai-Style Barbeque Fish Kangaroo Salad With Cashews
Made from a secret recipe, the delicate layers make this a complex but truly mouth-watering dish. Beautifully flavoured with fresh herbs, this is a delightful dish enjoyed by all. The red emporer fish just melts in the mouth, and the banana leaves hold in all the delectable Asian flavours. Juicy, tender Kangaroo with nutty cashews and crisp vegetables makes this a special dish for everyone.
       
Spatchcock Salad Quiche Lorraine Tomato & Fetta Tart Oriental Vegetable Salad
This is a tasty and unusual salad that's perfect with a glass of  chilled chardy. Light and fresh. A perfect accompaniment for good lunch-time conversation. A lovely combination with 'light as air' puff pasty makes this a sure favourite! Lyn's special dressing makes this salad light, crunchy & superbly tasty.
       
Zucchini & Asparagus Risotto Bok Choy Salad With Soy & Sesame Pumpkin & Goat's Cheese Pie Asian Rice Noodle Salad With Prawns
Beautifully creamy and tasty. The fresh parmesan just tops this dish off. The wilted boy choy & dressings combine to make this dish a winner. Mouth-watering and full of complimentary flavours. The crisp, light pastry makes it a perfect morsel to munch on. Plump juicy prawns pop in your mouth with tender noodles in a truly delicious dressing.
